How it works

Send. Sign. Done.

From upload to signed PDF in three steps — no printing, no scanning, no chasing.

  1. 01

    Send

Upload a document, drop in signature and date fields, and email it to anyone.

  2. 02

    Sign

Signers open the link and sign from any device — no account, no app to install.

  3. 03

    Done

Download the signed PDF, sealed with a tamper-evident audit trail of who signed and when.

The flow

From a PDF to proof, in one pass

Three steps, and only the first one needs you at a desk.

01 Prepare

Drop the fields where they belong

Open a PDF, drag the fields onto it, and assign each one to a recipient. What you place is what they'll be asked to fill.

  • Six field types, from signature to dropdown
  • Assign every field to a specific signer
  • Save the layout as a reusable template
  • Import from Google Drive, Dropbox, or S3

Files up to 10 MB on Free, 25 MB on Personal, 50 MB on Business.

02 For your signers

No account. Just a link.

The people you send to are usually clients and candidates who will never open Signibility again. So we never ask them to sign up for it.

  • No sign-up, no password, no app
  • Works in any browser, on any device
  • Draw, type, or upload a signature
  • Sign in order, or all at once

Need more certainty about who signed? Require a one-time code by email or SMS.

03 Finish

Sealed, with the proof attached

The finished PDF is digitally sealed and its audit trail is hash-chained, so the evidence stays checkable long after everyone has forgotten the deal.

  • Sealed PDF, emailed to every party
  • Tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail
  • Remind, or void before anyone signs
  • Read-only share links, password-protected

The sealed audit trail is on every plan, including Free.

What's inside

Built for the whole of the job

Not a feature list assembled for a comparison table — the parts you actually touch on a normal Tuesday.

Documents in from

Google Drive Dropbox Boxsoon

Six field types

Signature, initials, date, text, checkbox, and dropdown — placed exactly where they belong on the page.

Draw, type, or upload

Signers choose how they sign. Typed signatures render in a real handwriting face, not a system font.

Reusable templates

Save a document with its fields and roles once. Every send after that is a name and an email address.

Reminders, expiry & void

Nudge signers who go quiet, put a deadline on a document, or pull it back before anyone has signed.

Folders & share links

Organize what you've sent, then share a read-only link — with a password and an expiry if it's sensitive.

Teams, roles & API

Documents live with the company, not one person's inbox. Issue a key and send from your own product.

Trust

A signature is only worth its proof

Anyone can place an image of a name on a PDF. What matters is whether you can still prove, a year later, what was signed and by whom.

Each entry carries the hash of the one before it. Rewrite any line and every hash after it stops matching.

Every signed PDF is sealed

When the last signer finishes, the document is digitally sealed. Change one byte afterward and the seal breaks — visibly, in any PDF reader.

The audit trail can't be edited

Each view, consent, and signature is written as a hash-chained entry that locks the one before it. A quiet edit to history doesn't stay quiet.

Verify who is signing

Require a one-time code by email or SMS per recipient, so a link landing in the wrong inbox isn't enough to sign a document.

Passkeys for your own login

Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a security key, instead of a password you would otherwise reuse somewhere else.

The full statement — including what we don’t do — is on the security page.

Questions

The things people ask first

Anything else, write to us — a person answers.

[email protected]
Do the people I send to need an account?

No. They open the link from their email and sign in the browser — no sign-up, no password, no app. An account is only for the person sending.

Is an electronic signature legally binding?

In most countries, yes — electronic signatures are recognized for the majority of everyday business documents. Signibility records consent, the signer's identity details, timestamps, and IP address in a sealed audit trail so you can evidence it later. A few document types (certain wills, property deeds) still require paper in some jurisdictions, so check your local rules for anything unusual.

What stops someone editing the document after it's signed?

The finished PDF is digitally sealed. Any change to the file after sealing invalidates the seal, and the audit trail behind it is hash-chained, so its entries can't be quietly rewritten either.

Can I sign a document myself, without sending it?

Yes, and self-signing is unlimited on every plan including Free. The monthly limits only count documents you send to someone else.

What happens if I hit my plan's limit?

Sending pauses until the next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing you have already sent is affected, and documents in flight can still be signed.

Can I use my own branding?

On Business, yes — your logo and color on the signing page, the emails, and the documents your signers receive.
