API access is part of Business at its listed price, with no separate contract. PandaDoc lists the API under Enterprise, which is quoted by their sales team rather than priced on the page.

The PAdES seal and the hash-chained audit trail are on every plan, including Free. Proof of what was signed is not something we think you should have to upgrade for.

Anyone whose document is a sales proposal. Pricing tables, a product catalogue, quotes that configure themselves, deal rooms, payment collection, the CRM link back to Salesforce — that is a proposal platform, and PandaDoc is a good one. Signibility signs documents and does nothing else.
What does the same work cost on each?
PandaDoc's Starter seat is $35 a month, or $19 on annual billing. Ours is $12.99, or $10.39 on annual. For custom branding and a team you need their Business seat at $65 a month, $49 on annual; ours is $29.99 per user, $23.99 on annual.
Is PandaDoc's free plan bigger than yours?
It is, and there's no point pretending otherwise: five documents a month against our three. What ours adds is the proof — the seal and the hash-chained audit trail are on the free plan here — and self-signing that never counts against the three.
Do I have to pay extra for an API?
