No. Every plan is self-serve, including Business — sign up and send. This page is for the things a checkout page can't answer: a security review, a lot of seats, or moving off another provider.
Is there a sending limit I should worry about?
Business sends an unlimited number of documents a month, so volume is the one thing you don't need us for. Free is 3 a month and Personal is 25 — both are on the pricing page and both upgrade themselves.
Can I get a DPA or complete a security questionnaire?
Yes. Say which you need and we'll send it back. Documents are encrypted at rest, every signed PDF is sealed, and the audit trail is hash-chained — most questionnaires are asking about those three things, and the security page states all of them plainly.
Can you help move us off another provider?
Templates and in-flight documents, yes — tell us what you're on and roughly how much there is. Completed documents you should keep from your current provider too; a signed PDF is evidence, and it's worth holding both copies.
