The problem

Where hiring paperwork loses people

Candidates rarely say no to the job. They lose interest while the paperwork catches up.

The offer takes three days to reach the candidate

Send it from a template the hour it's approved, with salary and start date filled in, ready to sign on a phone.

An offer that stays open forever

Give it an expiry date. Reminders go out while it's open, and the link stops working after the date.

Twenty new starters, twenty handbook signatures

Bulk send one policy to everyone from a CSV. Each person gets their own document to sign.

Salary details in the wrong inbox

Require a one-time code by email or SMS before the offer opens, so a forwarded link isn't enough to read or sign it.

Who uses it

Across the employee lifecycle

From the offer to the exit interview, most of it is a form someone has to sign.

Hiring

The offer and its terms, signed before the candidate accepts another one.

  • Offer letter
  • Employment contract

Onboarding

Everything a new starter signs in the first week, sent together.

  • Handbook acknowledgement
  • NDA
  • Equipment policy

Contractors

Scope, rate and confidentiality for the people outside payroll.

  • Contractor agreement
  • IP assignment

Policy updates

One changed policy, acknowledged by everyone it applies to.

  • Policy acknowledgement
  • Code of conduct

Changes in role

A promotion, a new salary or new hours, confirmed in writing.

  • Contract variation
  • Promotion letter

Leaving

The paperwork that closes out a job, confirmed by both sides.

  • Resignation acceptance
  • Exit checklist
The flow

From the approved offer to a signed contract

Set each document up once. After that, a new hire is a name, an email and a salary.

01 Set up once

An offer template with the blanks marked

Upload your offer letter, place the candidate's signature and the fields HR fills in, and save it as a template.

  • Roles like Candidate and Hiring manager
  • Fill in salary and start date before it goes out
  • Sign as the company in the editor as you prepare it
  • Word files are converted to PDF for you

The candidate's date fills in by itself when they sign.

02 The candidate

They sign on their phone, the same evening

Candidates open the link from the email and sign in the browser. There's no account to make and no app to install.

  • Draw, type or upload a signature
  • A one-time code by email or SMS
  • An expiry date on the offer
  • Automatic reminders while it's open

03 For the file

A sealed record for the personnel file

The signed document is sealed and emailed to both sides, with an audit certificate of who signed and when.

  • Sealed PDF, so any later edit shows
  • Audit certificate with email, IP address and times
  • Encrypted at rest, file by file
  • Bulk send a policy to the whole company

Questions

What HR teams ask first

Anything else, write to us. A person answers.

[email protected]
Does the candidate need an account?

No. They open the link from the email and sign in the browser, on any phone or computer. There's no sign-up and no app.

Can an offer expire?

Yes. Set an expiry date when you send it. Reminders go out while it's open, and after the date the link no longer works. Expiry dates and reminders are on Personal and Business.

Can we send a policy to everyone at once?

Yes, on Business. Save the policy as a template, upload a CSV with one row per person, and each person gets their own copy to sign. Every signed copy is sealed separately.

Is an employment contract signed this way valid?

In most countries, electronic signatures are accepted for offer letters and employment contracts. The audit certificate records consent, email, IP address and times. Some documents, such as certain settlement agreements, have their own rules in some countries, so check anything unusual with your adviser. Check the law in your country →

Who can see salary details?

The people in your workspace and the person signing. Documents are encrypted at rest, and you can require a one-time code before a document opens, so a forwarded link isn't enough.

Does it connect to our HR system?

There's no built-in HRIS integration. On Business, the API can send an offer from a template and track it from your own systems.
