The problem

Where agency paperwork usually slips

Rarely in the contract itself. Usually in who sent which version, and where the signed copy went.

The signed retainer is in someone's inbox

Every document lives in the agency's workspace, in a folder per client, so anyone on the account can find it.

Three account leads, three versions of the SOW

One set of templates, with the fields already placed. Everyone sends the version the owner approved.

Scope creep on a retainer

Extra work goes out as a change order from its own template and is signed before anyone starts on it.

An account lead leaves

Their documents stay with the agency. Remove the person and every contract they sent is still in the workspace.

Who uses it

Whatever kind of agency you run

The contracts differ, but most agencies send the same handful over and over.

The flow

From the agency template to a signed client

The owner sets the templates up once. Account leads send them, and everyone sees the result.

Questions

What agencies ask first

Anything else, write to us. A person answers.

[email protected]
Can the whole team send from the same templates?

Yes. On Business, templates belong to the workspace, not to the person who made them, and every member can send from them. Admins manage the team; members send and track documents.

Will clients see our agency's brand or yours?

Yours, on Business. The signing page, the share pages and the emails carry your logo and colour, and you can hide the small Powered by line. The emails still come from our address unless you connect your own mail server on Enterprise.

Can we brand each client differently?

Not in one workspace. Branding is set per workspace, so the signing page shows your agency. That's usually what clients expect to see from the agency they hired.

What happens to documents when someone leaves?

They stay. Documents belong to the workspace, so removing a member takes away their access and leaves every contract they sent where the rest of the team can find it.

Do our clients need an account?

No. They open the link from the email and sign in the browser, on any device. Only your team needs accounts.

How is Business priced?

Per person, with at least two, and no monthly limit on documents. Each seat is $23.99 a month on annual billing or $29.99 monthly.
