Get the order form signed before the quarter ends

Send the order form while the buyer is still on the call. It goes to the buyer, then the CFO, in order, and you see who has opened it.

The problem

Where deals stall after the yes

Rarely on price. Usually between the verbal yes and the second signature.

The verbal yes on Friday

Send the order form from a template before the call ends, with the price and seats already filled in.

The CFO nobody put on the email

Set the signing order: the buyer signs, then the CFO is asked. Each one only when it's their turn.

The contract sitting unopened

See who has opened it and who hasn't, and let reminders go out before the end of the quarter.

The pricing that's out of date

An expiry date on the order form, so last quarter's discount can't be signed next quarter.

Who uses it

Across the sales cycle

Most deals pass the same few documents between the rep and the buyer.

First conversations

Confidentiality before the product roadmap or pricing is shared.

The flow

From the quote to a countersigned deal

Set the order form up once. Each deal after that is the account, the price and the signers.

  • Roles like Buyer and Finance approver
  • Price, seats and dates filled in before sending
  • Unlimited templates on Business
  • Send from your own systems with the API

There's no built-in CRM app; the API sends from a template.

02 The buyer

Each signer, in the order you set

The buyer signs first, then the next person is asked. Nobody needs an account, and it works on a phone.

  • Signing order across the buyer's team
  • Automatic reminders
  • An expiry date on the pricing
  • Send them to your own page when they finish

Reminders and expiry dates are on Personal and Business.

Questions

What sales teams ask first

Anything else, write to us. A person answers.

[email protected]
Does the buyer need an account?

No. Each signer opens the link from their email and signs in the browser, on any device. Only your team needs accounts.

Can the buyer and their CFO sign in order?

Yes. Set a signing order and each person is asked only once the one before has signed. Or send to everyone at once.

Does it connect to Salesforce or HubSpot?

Not with a built-in app. On Business, the API sends a document from a template with its fields filled in, and reports its status, so you can connect it from your own systems.

Can I see if the buyer has opened it?

Yes. Each signer shows as sent, opened or signed, and the audit certificate records the time of each.

Can I stop old pricing being signed?

Set an expiry date when you send it. After that date the link stops working, and you can send an updated order form instead.

How is Business priced?

Per person, with at least two, and no monthly limit on documents. Each seat is $23.99 a month on annual billing or $29.99 monthly.
