The allowance is 100 signature invites per user per year on every paid plan, and their help centre counts one invite each time you send, however many recipients or documents that send carries — the same way a signature request is counted here. A hundred a year per user, on every plan they sell, Enterprise included. Unused ones don't carry into the next year, and past the hundred each document costs $0.96 on Business, $1.80 on Business Premium and $3.60 on Enterprise. Signibility's Business plan has no ceiling, and the plan price is the whole bill.
Is SignNow ever the cheaper choice?
Yes, and it's worth saying. If you send under a hundred documents a year and want a lot of people in the account, their Business seat at $8 a month on annual billing costs less than our Personal plan, and extra users are free on their side. The moment your sending is regular, the per-invite price is what you're buying.
Do I have to pay extra for an API?
Not here. API access is part of the Business plan at its listed price. SignNow sells API access as its own subscription, separate from the seats you already pay for, though they do offer a free sandbox to build against.
How do I move my templates across?
Download the master PDFs from SignNow and upload them into Signibility. Drag the fields back onto the page and save the layout as a reusable template — five on Personal, unlimited on Business.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Sending pauses. On Free and Personal you have 3 and 25 signature requests a month, and reaching the limit stops you rather than adding to your bill. On Business there is no limit to reach.
